Will the summer ever start properly
The sun shines again, but is it here to stay?
Kids everywhere are itching to get in the splasher pools all over the place, today is another sunny weekend but the owners of electric heaters have all turned them off, why? because we don't know when the next swimming pool day is due.
The Solar Dome works whenever the sun shines to heat the pool 7 days every week, once plumbed in it has absolutely no running costs, the filtration costs are existing already!

Flow of Water makes all the difference!
Why, when we get a new product do we sit and read the Manufacturers data? It could be pretty vague in its claims, but when your customers do this for you, well that's different.
A UK customer has been measuring water flow from his Solar Dome Pool Heater, this is incredible research for the benefit of others.
EX 1
Restricted flow, same water temp 24 dg C, water exiting solar domes 29 dg C

Restricted flow further, pressure gauge on the Filter went into the Red! Water temperature leaving the Solar Domes was up to 44 dg C. But how long before the pump/motor burns out? Not wise!

Searching for the optimum solution, with some resistance and the gauge on the filter still in the green section, the water exits the Solar Domes at 38 dg C
This is work that perhaps the manufacturers should have done in advance, but the pool temperature will soon be up to its desired 27 - 28 dg C. The true difference will be when the Sun starts shining all day every day!

Pool sitting nicely at 72 degree's
